The sculpture was created by Enzo Stragapede and Ursula Stragapede-Didra. It is called 'Welt-Menschen hier + da'.
A very simular scuplte is located on the opposite site of the lake at the ferry landing in Konstanz-Staad.
It can be visited and viewed all the times without any restrictions.
