Rockland, Wisconsin is a small village of less than 1,000 people. Gaylord Memorial Park is the centerpiece of this village. Within the park itself is a very nice baseball field that was built by the Bangor Lions of Bangor, Wisconsin which is a few miles to the west of Rockland. This marker is on the backstop of the field as well as a crude handmade sign giving credit to the Bangor Lions.
