[DE] Die katholische Pfarrkirche Heiligste Dreifaltigkeit in Monreal, einer Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Mayen-Koblenz in Rheinland-Pfalz, ist im Stil der Gotik errichtet und besitzt zahlreiche originale Ausstattungsstücke. Die Kirche liegt am Ufer der Elz, unterhalb der auch als Löwenburg bezeichneten Großen Burg.
Die Dreifaltigkeitskirche von Monreal wurde 1460 als Kirche eines Kollegiatstiftes erbaut. Die Kirche ist aus Bruchstein errichtet. An der Westfassade erhebt sich der Glockenturm mit seinem spitz zulaufenden, polygonalen Pyramidendach. Die Außenwände gliedern hoch ansetzende Strebepfeiler. An der nördlichen Chorwand ist das mit Baldachinen, Fialen und krabbenbesetzten Maßwerkbögen verzierte gotische Sakramentshaus von 1460/1464 erhalten. Die Skulpturen der zwölf Apostel am Zelebrationsaltar stammen von dem 1482 gestifteten Apostelaltar.
Der neugotische Hochaltar der Kirche wurde 1876 von dem Bildhauer F. Ernst aus Koblenz geschaffen. In der oberen Szene ist eine Kreuzigungsgruppe dargestellt, in den beiden unteren Szenen Jesus am Ölberg und die Auferstehung Christi. Die seitlichen Figuren stellen die hl. Agnes und den hl. Aloisius dar.
Der Taufstein in der Taufkapelle stammt aus dem Jahr 1815.
In der Kirche sind Heiligenfiguren aus spätgotischer und barocker Zeit erhalten. An der Westseite des Langhauses wird der mit Pfeilen durchbohrte hl. Sebastian dargestellt, daneben steht eine Pietà. An den Seitenwänden befinden sich Skulpturen des hl. Severus, der durch ein Weberschiffchen gekennzeichnet ist, und der hl. Silvester, der Schutzpatron der Haustiere und der Landwirte, neben dem eine Kuh kauert. Auf der linken Seite vor dem Chorraum stehen der hl. Laurentius, der einen Rost in der Hand hält, und die hl. Magdalena mit einem Kreuz und einem Totenschädel unter dem Arm, den Attributen ihrer Buße.

[EN] The Catholic Parish Church of the Holy Trinity in Monreal, a local community in the district of Mayen-Koblenz in Rhineland-Palatinate, is built in Gothic style and has many original features. The church is located on the banks of the River Elz, below the Great Castle, also known as Löwenburg.
The Holy Trinity Church of Monreal was built in 1460 as the church of a collegiate church. The church is built of broken stone. The bell tower with its pointed polygonal pyramid roof rises at the Westfassade. The outer walls are arranged with high-impact buttresses. On the northern wall of the choir is the gothic sacrament house of 1460/1464 decorated with canopies, pinnacles and crabbed bodice arches. The sculptures of the twelve apostles at the altar of the altar are from the apostles altar, endowed in 1482.
The neo-Gothic high altar of the church was created in 1876 by the sculptor F. Ernst from Koblenz. In the upper scene, a crucifixion is depicted, in the two lower scenes Jesus at the Mount of Olives and the Resurrection of Christ. The lateral figures represent the St. Agnes and St. Aloisius dar.
The baptismal font in the baptistery dates from 1815.
In the church are preserved holy figures from late Gothic and Baroque times. On the west side of the nave is the one pierced with arrows. Sebastian, there is a Pietà. On the side walls are sculptures of Sts. Severus, marked by a weaver's boat, and St. New Year's Eve, the patron saint of pets and farmers, next to a cow crouching. On the left in front of the chancel, Laurentius, holding a rust in his hand, and St. Magdalena with a cross and a skull under her arm, the attributes of her penance.
