Found just off of the South side of Highway 21, in the heart of cranberry country is Formica Road. This disk is on the East side of Formica surrounded by three orange witness posts. Parking is best by the shoulder of Formica but watch out for cars, especially during cranberry harvest season. The WP's are easy to spot and the disk is in the center of all three.
