The Oktopus was created in 2011 from 3 Turkish artists: Derya Ersoy, Zafer Dagdeviren and Ali Yaldir.

You can find it in middle of the seafront, between the Aegean Sea and the shops and the restaurants. Many people take a picture in front of it! ;-)
