Tip Top Tailors has been a downtown Toronto institution since 1909. The company has maintained offices and warehouse space in this former industrial building at the corner of Richmond and Duncan Streets since the 1920's.

The ghost sign dates from the mid to late 1960's, and reveal even older ghost signs underneath.
