... in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz ist die größte Brauerei im Landkreis Nürnberger Land.
Die Privatbrauerei wurde 1929 gegründet. Der Jahresausstoß stieg von 900 Hektoliter (1939) auf 10.000 hl (1960), 100.000 hl (1979) und 200.000 hl (2008). Die 1991 neu errichtete moderne Braustätte hat eine Kapazität von 500.000 hl.
Großkunden sind Discounter und Lebensmittelmärkte, aber auch der Export. Im Abfüll- und Logistikzentrum wird auch für andere Brauereien abgefüllt, teilweise in Einweggebinde.

Brewery Kaiser in Neuhaus exists since 1929 here. Years later, the old brewery was to small and so it was decided to errect a new brewery near the local trainstation at the so called "Auwald". There are few kinds of beer brewed over the year:
Lager, Pils, Landbier, Weißbier and some saisonal craft-beer specials. Time to say:
