1298 Survey Disk - Westby, WI - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This very cool 1922 survey disk was originally placed in the limestone steps of the existing building at 100 South Main Street in Westby, WI. Since then the front of the store has been remodeled, but the disk was thought of and remained somewhat visible after the construction. Now it sits behind a flower pot at a small hide area at the base of the building since the stairs were reduced. Part of the disk is slightly covered by cementing. Still the disk is in decent shape for its use.
