The mill is working and open for the public at friday's and saturday's (see website). It's a rebuild (1986) of a wooden 'standerd' mill that was original build just after the famous capture by the 'Geuzen' at the april 1st 1572. Later in 1696 it was replaced by a stone 'korenstelling' mill that was destroyed by a fire in 1810. That mill was rebuild and again burned down in 1882. The now standing mill was build by a special foundation to rebuild it after the old foundations were discoverd in 1973. For this reconstruction some parts of other mills were used.
