Within the memorial for "Frem" Fremstad, just outside of the Westby-Christiana Fire Department, this bell is displayed at about four feet from the ground.

The Westby-Christiana Fire & Rescue Department has a very nice well kept memorial for their fire chief who served from 1972-1989. This memorial contains flagpoles, a plaque, a statue, and this great vintage bell. It goes back to a time that a town would ring the fire bell to call in the firefighters. It's well within reach to feel this part of history.
