At the North park of Butts Park, just off the Tomah Recreational Trail, Hwy 12 traverses the South Fork Lemonweir River. On the South end of the Eastern headwall of the bridge you will find this disk. Grass has a tendency to grow over the disk so know that it is only 25cm North of the end. Park at the park and walk to the bridge. Stay on top of the bridge and look straight down for the disk.
