Tour Leeds Castle by Segway!
Leeds castle dies A LOT of tours with tour companies. They offer bus tours, personal tours, van tours, bike tours, and Segway tours!
We found Leeds Castle staff rolling out the Segways in preparation for a tour on the day we were there. Tours start from the gift shop.

"THE SCENIC TOUR – PRICE £23
The Scenic Tour is ideal for those just wanting to experience the Segway for the first time.
We start with an introduction to the Segway, which is then followed by one to one training. Once all members of the tour party are confident we depart on the 30-35 minute tour. The majority of the tour takes place in the grounds outside of the main castle gardens, and affords views of the castle rarely seen by visitors who choose to explore on foot.
Restrictions – Please note that we do not operate a Rally/Race experience. If you wish to be competitive or ride aggressively we recommend you do not book a tour with us as you will be disappointed.
Availability – Tours operate from the 1st March and close on 15th October. The tours are closed from 16th October 2015 and reopen on 1st March 2016.
Duration – Please allow at least one hour 15 minutes for this activity
Numbers – Each tour is limited to a maximum of 8 people. For larger groups please contact us via email.
Restrictions – Please ensure all riders are over 14 years of age, and fall within our weight restrictions, as detailed in our terms and conditions. Refunds will not be issued if you make a booking for riders who fail to meet our terms and conditions. Please note that as of 1st March 2016 the minimum age will be 18.
Clothing Required – Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Sensible footwear is recommended. You may not be permitted to ride in flip flops. We do not provide wet weather clothing.
Spectator Information – Spectators are welcome during the training period. We do ask that young children are kept under control and are not permitted to run around whilst there are Segways operating.
Other Information – A Castle entry ticket is not required to take the Segway Tour. You will only require a ticket if you wish to visit the Castle and Grounds separately.
