The orientation table shows the "Seven Hills" which are a Central Uplandish hill range on the right bank of the Middle Rhine, southeast of Bonn, Germany. The area consists of more than 40 hills which are of ancient volcanic origin and came into being between 28 and 15 million years ago. The table shows the seven major mountains, who gave the Seven Hills its name:
Petersberg (331 m) - Nonnenstromberg (335 m) und Ölberg (461 m) are covered by Petersberg - Lohrberg (435 m) - Löwenburg (455 m) - Hirschberg (226 m) - Wolkenburg (324 m) - Drachenfels (321 m)
Artist / Creator: The founder of the table is the "Verein für Heimatpflege und Heimatgeschichte Bad Godesberg".
