This is located on the South side of General Avenue right next to a cow pasture. The road itself is seldom used but also has almost no shoulder. The best way to visit this site may be to put your hazards on as there is almost no traffic, but be careful. You can find the witness post by looking down as you drive by. It is next to the fence and slightly tilted but the only sign in its location.
