Marking the North Quarter Corner for Section 27, this witness post sits next to a post that use to be a sign post and the end of a fence line. It also has a cable and may have been used as a gate.

Located at the NE corner of the intersection of Fireworks Avenue (which was once known as Buckley Avenue) and County Hwy E., this witness post has the original post next to it. The post that is next to it was once marked as a sign post. It was also at the end of a fence line based on the tie sheet. An amazing cast iron ring has been placed as a cable tie down in front of the post. This post bares witness to a Harrison set on the opposite shoulder of County Hwy I. Park on Fireworks in order to get to the post as it has very little traffic. Look for the street sign, and wooden post and there will be the witness post.
