DESCRIBED BY NY DEPT OF PUB WORKS 1962 1.1 MI E FROM LOCKE. TO REACH FROM THE POST OFFICE IN LOCKE. PROCEED 1.1 MILES EAST ON NEW YORK ROUTE 90 TO THE SITE OF BENCH MARK. BENCH MARK IS ABOUT 300 FEET EAST OF A BARN ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD, AND SET IN THE SOUTH HEADWALL OF CATTLE PASS, 18 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE (STA. 60+40) OF THE HIGHWAY.
