Setting: Set into the top of a round concrete monument.

This marker is located at the highest point in Kentucky in the center of the old fire lookout tower (GA3466). There is a round-about to the tower and the marker is about 20 feet South West of the road where the old concrete steps to the tower were.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
