WINGWALL OF THE EAST ABUTMENT OF THE HIGHWAY BRIDGE OVER WHITING
RIVER, 6.85 METERS (22.5 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY,
1.82 METERS (6.0 FT) WEST OF THE EAST END OF THE BRIDGE.
