They are open from 11 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
They also cater, and they have quite a bit of room for everybody. If you're dining in, you'll order at the counter, and they'll call you when your food is ready. Give it about ten to fifteen minutes for carry-out. They are very well-known for being friendly.
You can do plates or sandwiches, with the option of ordering food by the pound if you're planning to take your food with you. Your selections are sliced/chopped brisket, pork ribs, ham, sausage (hot links or regular) turkey, Frito pie, and baked potatoes. Your sides include fries (which are terrific), mac and cheese, onion rings, fried okra, potato salad, chips, slaw, and a variety of beans. Soft drinks and iced tea are available
A sampler plate is available, with three sides and all the meats, if you're looking to "pig out," and the cheap option is a $5.49 sandwich with a side.
