Sitting along a non-descript dirt road in the middle of nowhere, this sign greets you just before you hit the parking area for the historic site.
This site is managed by grass roots efforts - the owner does all the upkeep of the museum, trails, grave markers, and the area around the foundation itself.
Great spot to visit, the hospitality is wonderful.
A geocache is also featuring the site.

John Brown of Ossawatomie and Harper's Ferry worked here as a tanner, 1825-35. The nearby house was then his home. His first wife and son are buried near.
