Old Ada Cemetery, also known as North Hickory, is bounded by N. Hickory Avenue, N. Bluff Ave and W. 2nd Street in a residential area on the west side of Ada.
The cemetery is being maintained, is flat with a few trees, and is surrounded by a chain link fence. There are no vehicle driveways in the cemetery.
There are approximately 233 burials here, with the oldest one being in 1882. The greatest number of burials occurred in the late 1800's and the first decade of the 1900's. We did note a couple burials in the 1950's, one in 1964 and one in 2003.
