The Unified Dispensary for Children was built in the Doctor's Commons on St Andrews Hill in 1816. After several name changes in the 19th Century and a number of expansions, that original hospital building location was demolished. The current Royal Waterloo Hospital building was relocated and built at the corner of the Waterloo Road and the Stamford Street in 1903.

The original frieze of the 1816 Unified Dispensary for Children was preserved and installed as part of the glazeware entry to the 1903 building.
Year built or dedicated as indicated on the structure or plaque: 1816

Full Inscription (unless noted above):
[British Royal Coat of Arms] AD 1816
