The Peskeomskut Park Fountain abuts the sidewalk along Avenue A. A 2' high rectangular stone basin has a 7' high stone arch and wall on its south and west sides. Water erupts from the top of the southwest corner of the wall and cascades down the wall into the basin below. To the right of the wall an embedded stone tablet is inscribed:
