Leo Park is a city block park bounded by 2nd and 3rd Streets, and Cedar and Birch. The park is named for a famous Quarter Horse named Leo and a sculpture and historical marker stand at the northeast corner of the park.
On the south edge of the park lie four paved tennis courts, surrounded by a high chain link fence. Small spectator bleachers are located on the east and west sides of the complex. Three courts lie east-west with a fourth court north. The courts are in excellent condition. We did note lighting on poles surrounding the courts.
