This is the so-called 'Valentinskapelle' in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It's an old chapel used today as an Orthodox Church by the 'Russische Orthodoxe Kirche'.
The small Valentinskapelle is located inside the shadow of the world's tallest church: the Minster of Ulm (Ulmer Münster). It has been built in 1457/58 as a grave for the aristocratic family Rembold.
Because of the Reformation the chapel was changed into a storey room in 1531. Since 1948 it is used by the Ortodox Church.
