Dans les années 90 après le dernier agrandissement et l’ajout d’une terrasse extérieure le resto peut accueillir 140 clients. Le logo géant qui trône devant le resto s’installa en 1986 qui est en fait une caricature de l’ancien propriétaire Claude Lemieux. Ce bonhomme deviendra la marque de commerce de la compagnie.
In the 90s after the last expansion and the addition of an outdoor patio the restaurant can accommodate 140 guests. The giant logo that sits in front of the restaurant installed in 1986 which is actually a caricature of the former owner Claude Lemieux. This guy will become the trademark of the company.
