Feldhaubitze - Oberhof, AG, Switzerland - Static Artillery Displays on Waymarking.com

EN: This howitzer is on display at the edge of a side street in the north of Oberhof. There isa no marker. It is probably a Swiss 15-cm field howitzer from the time of World War II. While it is adorned with a relatively fresh Swiss flag, it looks a bit neglected and is partly overgrown with blackberries on the other hand.

DE: Diese Haubitze ist am Rand einer Seitenstrasse im Norden von Oberhof ausgestellt. Das Geschütz ist nicht beschriftet. Es handelt sich vermutlich um eine Schweizer 15-cm Feldhaubitze aus der Zeit des Zweiten Weltkriegs. Es ist zwar mit einer relativ frischen Schweizer Fahne geschmückt, sieht aber andererseits etwas vernachlässigt aus und ist teilweise mit Brombeeren überwachsen.
