This school building was built in 1889 and served as the parish school for many years. The current parish school Sacred Heart School located southwest of this school appears to be 1960's construction. The building does not appear to be used for anything at this time however it is well maintained by the Sacred Heart parish. This school building is listed as a contributing property for the Saint Ferdinand Central Historic District.
