Located at the Kiwanis Memorial Park in Paris, Illinois, on the north edge of town, just north of the lake. The Park and the monuments were dedicated on May 15, 2010. Two nice, modern plaques on the wall with a reflective finish. The inscription on the memorial reads:

This memorial is dedicated to honor the spirit and sacrifice of the brave men and women of Edgar County who lost their lives while serving in the United States Armed Forces during the War in Korea 1950-1953
