DE: Mit dem Wasser der Marienquelle wurde am 01. August 1928 das erste Thermal-Frei-Schwimmbad Deutschlands eröffnet worden. Heute existiert dieses Bad nicht mehr.
Der Mariensprudel ist 33°C warm und hatte früher eine Schüttung von 200.000 l, heute nur noch von 56.000 l Schüttung stündlich. Das Wasser läuft heute ungenutzt in den Rhein.
