In Watertown, along the Charles River Walkway, is this tree surrounding a property marker.

The marker is northwest of a pedestrian bridge over the Charles River, and south east of the parking lot at the Stop and Shop. Park at the parking lot. There are two trail entrances. From either one, walk to the main trail and turn left. The tree and marker will be on the right a couple hundred feet down.

The tree is medium-sized, with a straight trunk. I didn't look up to confirm the species, but from the bark and the leaf litter around it, my guess is a type of red/black oak. The marker is a stone structure, squared, with a center hole on top. It is more finely finished near the top, and rougher near the base. The tree base is oozing around the marker, currently about halfway around.
Type of Tree: Likely red oak (leaf litter around it)
