W.L. Hagan's Woodmen of the World headstone is one of numerous WOW markers at Lakeview.

This is a non-traditional WOW marker, unlike the many tree stumps markers here. This vertical rough-cut slab is mounted on a rusticated horizontal base. The lighter colored outer band of a smooth, polished oval has a row of darker items. We could not tell whether these were stars, birds or flowers, or perhaps just shapes. The oval is engraved:
