Legacy Park is located at the corner of Center Rd and Main St, behind the fire station and town hall. It has the Goldsby Veterans Memorials (three granite pieces: one for all veterans, one for POW/MIAs, and one for KIA). There is a pavilion, a gazebo, two children's play areas (one in the trees and one in the open near the pavilion), a walking trail (with covered "bridges" or arbors) and the community center. During the Christmas holidays, they have an outdoor lighted display. The south end, with the walking trail, is well covered by trees and has picnic tables placed at various locations, but the area around the pavilion is open and can be used for games and recreation.
