This steel girder bridge is located on North Fountain County Road 30 East, a rural gravel road.

According to Bridgehunter (visit link) the bridge is a bolted Warren through truss design, built about 1910, by the Attica Bridge Co, of nearby Attica, Indiana, that is intact, but closed to all traffic. Its length is approximately 100 feet, and it has a wooden deck. The road CR30 East, is closed off at the junction with Aylesworth Road, to the north, and access is blocked at either end of the bridge itself. This bridge is in very poor structurally deficient condition, with a lot of corrosion evident.

Shawnee Township is one of eleven townships in Fountain County, Indiana, United States. (visit link)

Fountain County lies in the western part of the U.S. state of Indiana on the east side of the Wabash River. The county was officially established in 1826 and was the 53rd in Indiana. (visit link)
