Saddleback College has an observatory on the roof of the math and science building.

The observatory is used by students in astronomy class. It's on the roof so access to it is impossible unless you ask the astronomy professor or make an appointment. Otherwise, you can see it from the parking lot of the math and science building or from the third story of the building. The photos are as close as you can get, on the third story.
