Robertson is a beautiful old town with a handful of historic buildings surrounded by rolling green hills, and on cold winter mornings covered hills with a thick frost. Thick fog sometimes hides this sleepy picturesque town.
Robertson is located on the edge of an elevated plateau about 35 km from the coast.
Robertson is home to the famous Australian movie 'Babe' and the Big Potato, and once produced the famous 'Robertson Cheese', the old cheese factory a remnant of the industry is now shops.
