This is a concrete bridge over the Richmond River, at Casino, in Northern NSW, built 1959 by the Department of Main Roads (New South Wales).

There is also a commemorative plaque on the eastern side, of the northern end of the Irving Bridge. It reads:

This bridge is supported by 10 in-situ formed, stressed concrete beams, supported by three thin, but broad stressed concrete pylons.
There is flood measurement gauges on the eastern side which measure up to 17m in height - the height of the deck of the bridge.
There are formed concrete abutments with some pedestrian access on the northern end.
