This station, a New Jersey Geodetic Survey disk, is located in Berkeley Township, NJ, north from Bayville. It is set in a concrete post, and is flush with the ground surface, located near the west curb of Atlantic City Boulevard (U.S. Rt. 9):

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF
US ROUTE 9, ABOUT 0.1 MI (0.2 KM) NORTHWEST OF THE ROUTE 9 CULVERT
SPANNING MILLING CREEK.

THE STATION IS 33.7 FT (10.3 M) WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF ROUTE 9,
11.2 FT (3.4 M) WEST OF THE WEST EDGE OF PAVING OF ROUTE 9, 101.1 FT
(30.8 M) SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF POLE NUMBER BT2063B, 20.3 FT (6.2 M) NORTH
OF POLE NUMBER BT2062B, 50.2 FT (15.3 M) NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF
THE DRIVEWAY LEADING TO THE STERLING SALES EQUIPMENT COMPANY, 17.0 FT

This is a fairly new mark and all the locals, as called in the description, were still in place. The mark is in plain view, right in front of the witness post, as described. A rather easy find.
