Well-preserved former Methodist church located north of Madoc, ON near the ghost village of Queensborough.
The church was built in 1857 and dedicated 5 December, 1858. It remained a Methodist Church until 1925 when it aligned with the new United Church of Canada. Services continued until 1967, when several rural congregations were amalgamated.
However, the church has been maintained as it was in 1967. Now a non-denominational place of worship, services are still held twice yearly at Christmas and on Good Friday.
A grant has just been received (2016) to allow replacement of the roof, thus ensuring the Church's legacy will continue.
Church and cemetery are located at 3000 Queensborough Rd of Cooper Road north of Hwy 7.
