This leanto was constructed in 2012. The ends of the solid pine logs still have the look of new wood.

Leftover logs surround the fire pit, making for an abundance of seating, and the site contains a picnic table (which had been hoisted into the leanto for the winter, and not yet removed at the time of my visit!). The site also contains an open-air privy, with a privacy knew all barrier between the privy and the path from the leanto.
