This street was part of the first edition of 1936. Its price was 6000RM.
All streets in the first edition have the names of streets which lie in the Berlins district Mitte. After WWII the names of the streets on the board were given to streetnames which are common in German cities.
The street is devoted to Earl Friedrich zu Wied who is the founder of Neuwied. He lived in the beginning in the 17th century. The original street in Berlin is named after King Friedrich who was the first King of Prussia.
