The Town:
Zeglingen is a municipality in the district Sissach in the canton of Basel-Land with about 480 residents.
Zeglingen was first documented in 1358. In the Middle Ages it belonged to Thierstein-Farnsburg, in 1461 in was acquired by the city of Basel. In 1798, it became a part of the district Sissach.
The Town Hall:
The town hall of Zeglingen is located in a two-story building in the village center. The entrance is on the far side from the main road. It is probably a converted farmhouse.

Zeglingen ist eine Gemeinde im Bezirk Sissach im Kanton Basel-Landschaft mit etwa 480 Einwohnern.
Zeglingen wurde 1226 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Im Mittelalter gehörte es zu Thierstein-Farnsburg und gelangte 1461 in den Besitz der Stadt Basel.. 1798 wurde es Teil des Bezirks Sissach.
Das Gemeindehaus:
Das Gemeindehaus von Zeglingen befindet sich in einem zweistöckigen Gebäude im Dorfzentrum. Der Eingang ist auf der Seite, die von der Hauptstrasse angewandt ist. Es handelt sich vermutlich um ein renoviertes altes Bauernhaus.
