The sundial is an elliptical stone plate with metal gnomon. The background appears, at some time, to have been painted a light blue. The paint has faded and is peeling in some areas. The hours 7am to 5pm are marked in black, Roman numerals.
The sundial is visible from the street and so, in theory, is accessible 24/7 but may be difficult to see at night.
