A tall open pergola on the eastern side of the Rancho Santa Margarita city hall building.

This pergola stretches the entire backside of the city hall building. It faces the park, away from the shopping center. It's also right below the bell tower, which rings it's bell every hour. The pergola is about 15 feet tall and about 100 feet long. It's painted black and half of it is structured to the building where the other half is structured on arched pillars.
