According to those who have visited, the disk tends to get painted to match the color of the column, but it is not difficult to locate. From the southwest corner of the intersection of N Lamar St and McKinney Ave, cross McKinney, heading towards Hooters, The House of Blues, and Dick's Last Resort. Look to your left (west) after crossing the street, and you'll see the disk in the column where they say it is.
