"Established in 1800 the Catskill Turnpike - actually incorporated as The Susquehanna Turnpike Road - was a 95 mile long road beginning in Catskill, NY and traversing almost due west to the Susquehanna River at what was known as Wattles Ferry (todays Unadilla, NY). "
