I can understand their confusion - it took me a while to click that I was in the JBT today. The ACT number plates should have made me aware. The marker is on top of a hillock beside Murray's Trail, a walking track that loops through the national park. The remains of a trig station are a few metres away.
There are fine views in every direction, with the white sands of Hyams Beach to the west, the former Cape St George lighthouse to the south & Point Perpendicular lighthouse to the north.
State/Territory: ACT
