It is unclear whether this sculpture is part of the memorial to Gaston Riva or not but it seems to be since it is placed adjacent to a plaque commemorating Riva who was assassinated during the popular uprising on December 20, 2001. The sculpture has two tire rimes separately attached to two short beams....one about a foot higher than the other. The higher one is about 4.5 feet above the ground.
