The clock has two faces, one at each side of a short barrel. The face is white and is probably translucent allowing it to be back-lit so the time can be seen at night. There are marks for each five minutes/hour and the numbers are Arabic. The markings are black, The hands are a simple, basic design with tails and are also coloured black. Below the "12" position is the bank's logo and the letters "KBC". Just above the "6" is the makers name "Stokes" and their location "Cork".
