Cheng Ming USA is dedicated to training serious students in the internal martial arts of Great-Grandmaster Wang Shu Jin. The International Cheng Ming Martial Arts Association is currently the only martial arts organization officially recognized by the government of The Republic of Taiwan. Since its inception, the association has grown world-wide and has branches in Japan, Israel, Australia, Europe, Argentina and the United States. Specific guidelines that we follow when teaching Tai Chi to a new student. Our classes are led in a non-competitive, stress-free environment that encourages self-paced learning. Learning Tai Chi can be an absolutely injury-free process that actually brings out and heals old injuries as well. New students are welcome to start at anytime and will receive individual attention while also being allowed to participate with the group as a whole. Cheng Ming Tai Chi integrates a warm-up routine that is flexible enough for all age groups from children to senior citizens with mediation and chi gong. Classes for Seniors and Adults. For adults who doubt their ability to engage in an exercise program, learning Tai Chi Chuan can persuade them.
